Chef
Frances Walsh has been serving in the culinary arts industry for
over nine years. Chef Frances studied under award winning Pastry
Chef Eddie Van Damme, and French Master Baker, Didier Rosada, from
the National Baking Institute. She also continues her education
with training from the French Pastry School instructors, and other
dessert and pastry seminars. During her career Chef Walsh has worked
in several aspects of the culinary industry including: hotels,
catering, restaurants, and bakeries.
Chef
Walsh most currently taught at the Houston Community College in
the Culinary Arts program. She has taught cake decorating, as well
as breads and baking for two years. She has worked as the Executive
Pastry Chef for one of Houston’s award winning Pastry Shops
for over 4 years. She has also served as the secretary for the
U.S. Pastry Alliance, Texas chapter.

Daniel Walsh has been serving in the Hospitality industry for over
twenty years. Chef Walsh studied culinary arts in California and
has trained under several
award-winning chefs. During his career he has worked in all aspects of the culinary
industry including: hotels, catering, restaurants, and sales.
Chef Walsh has cooked for former presidents and current president George W. Bush. Chef
Walsh has worked in several well renowned hotels including: Caesars Palace in
Las Vegas, the Sheraton, the Marriott, and the Doubletree. He has also worked
for five star restaurants and other fine dining restaurants in Houston, Texas;
Kona, Hawaii and California.
Chef Daniel’s style comes from his heart; he is an artist with
a passion for cooking. His goal is to use his education, talents, and
life experiences
to achieve a standard of excellence and uniqueness in every meal preparation
in which he participates
